Signals & timeframes
How are the AI trading signals generated?▼
Signals are generated using market data and technical indicator context (such as trend, momentum, and volatility). The dashboard provides a directional signal plus confidence/volatility context to help you evaluate the setup.
Do you provide BUY/SELL signals and confidence?▼
Yes. When a signal is generated you’ll typically see a directional output (BUY/SELL) along with confidence and volatility context to support decision-making.
Do you support different timeframes (10s, 15s, 30s, 1m, 2m, 5m)?▼
Yes. Timer availability depends on your plan. Faster timers are designed for active traders and scalpers, while longer timers fit more conservative intraday setups.
Can I use TradeVision AI for scalping?▼
Yes—scalpers typically use faster timers and focus on volatility-aware setups. Your execution environment and risk controls matter more the faster you trade.

Which markets do you support (FX, stocks, crypto, commodities, futures)?▼
We support multiple markets including Forex (FX), Stocks, Crypto, Commodities, and Futures. Availability may vary by ticker and data source inside the app.
Do you offer chart upload analysis?▼
Yes. You can upload a chart screenshot for AI-based context and confirmation. This is designed as an additional lens, not a guaranteed outcome.
Plans & billing
What’s the difference between Free, Core, Pro, Elite, and Infinity?▼
Plans mainly differ by allowed timers and access level. Core is suited for steady setups, Pro unlocks faster timers, Elite unlocks all timers (including ultra-fast), and Infinity is lifetime access.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?▼
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled based on the billing terms shown during checkout. If you have questions, contact support with your account email.
